Business Coordinator

Vicki assists our patients with the financial details of their care. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Arizona State University and has been a valued member of our team since 2012. When Vicki is not at the office helping our patients smile, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and their children and grandchildren.

Amy provides clinical support to Dr. Cates and our patients with the utmost attention to detail and pure enthusiasm. She is truly dedicated to total patient comfort and thoroughly explaining dental treatment so you feel great about taking care of your smile. Amy has been a Dental Assistant for over 20 years. When she is away from the office, she enjoys family time with her husband and 3 girls.

Megan

Megan graduated in dental hygiene from Georgia State University in 2002 and has been practicing ever since. An enthusiastic learner, she stays active by attending regular continuing education courses. In 2021 she graduated with her Bachelor of Business Management from Brigham Young University. She joined the team here at Dr. Cates' office in 2012.

In her down time, Megan loves to travel and has been to more than 20 countries! She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking and biking.

Cedes has been in the dental profession since 2000. She is a ‘food-truck-foodie’, and enjoys birding, hiking, fly-fishing and pickle ball.

Janet
Front Desk

Janet has over 30 years of experience in dentistry, beginning her career as a dental assistant before joining the front office team. She previously worked with Dr. Cates in other dental offices and we are glad she chose to join us here in 2016.

Janet has been happily married for over 25 years. She has five children, and loves spending time with her grandchildren. Janet also works with the Women's Ministry at her church. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, shopping at flea markets and reading.

Tiffany has been in the dental profession since 2000 and she became a dental hygienist in 2010. She joined our practice in 2020. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and three girls. She loves being outside, gardening, swimming, hiking and traveling.

Roxy
Registered Dental Hygienist

Roxy is fully committed to her patients' smiles and that means keeping her mind and skills sharp! A graduate of Augusta University with a B.S. in dental hygiene, it is her firm belief that to be the best in the dental industry, you have to take a lifelong approach to learning and education.

Roxy strives to serve her patients' dental care needs quickly and expertly, providing them with a gentle and comfortable experience every time. Outside of the office, Roxy spends most of her time with her family and friends. She loves to find new coffee shops to try and go hiking with her husky.

Rachel
Dental Assistant

Rachel recently graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in chemistry. She is taking a gap year and assisting while she applies to dental school.

Rachel grew up in Buford and graduated from Buford High School. She has a puppy she is crazy about. Although Rachel is just with us for a short time, we have really enjoyed having her and seeing her enthusiasm for learning about dentistry.
